Reminds me of how rich people in the past would ingest tapeworm eggs to get thin, because they noticed how the poor had them and they were thin all the time.
This reminds me of an episode of I Love Lucy when Ricky had Lucy wear a burlap sack as a joke only to have it become a fashion trend.
Designers run out of ideas sometimes. Just look at 1920 and the 90’s fashion.
That was a running joke in the original Zoolander: the villain designer was creating a line called Derelicte.
