“Block grants” will tie cinder blocks to the feet of states and patients, and toss them overboard. Drastic funding reductions to states that are already broke and running on empty, because they’ve cut taxes, lie Brownback, with the “wisdom of the locals” to make decisions, right.
It is more than a Republican could hope for. Stopping a black man while hurting the poor. If only a few of their members didn’t still have a conscience…
