Dang, I was hoping to see Dill’s parents.
I had a couple of friends over and it was getting late. I was slipping in and out, but thought I was getting away with it until Ken leaned over to Mike and stage-whispered, “When he starts feigning death, it’s time for us to leave.”
Must be past daddy’s bedtime.
Just how many times did he slip off that tiny chair!? ha ha
It’s a good thing Madeline’s driving!
Actually, that’s pretty much how it was with my Mom and Dad in their later years; she did almost all the driving….
