I used to go to a mechanic like that. Every time I got the car back it made new sounds and they were always expensive.
I wonder if NAPA still stocks parts for a ’59 DeSoto.
I think I’ve had that mechanic.
And Cosmo’s going to eat crow.
My mechanic is always kind enough to tell me when my old junkers are not worth fixing.
still wondering why a bird needs a car
Had a run-in with my mechanic just this morning. Went in with a burned out turn signal. He had the bulb replaced and me back on the road in five minutes — didn’t even charge me for the new bulb! I think I’ll keep him!
