Old Reagan was largely cultish advertising hogwash. Doesn’t live up to it’s hype and how bad Carter was is also being weighed by a longer view history. Both men deserve credit.

I have heard some informed opinions as to when Reagan began suffering meaningfully from Alzheimer’s. Hint: he hadn’t been re-elected yet…

BTW Thanks to all that advised me on how to fix my computer. A combinstion of Senorbullwinkle’s advice on Microsoft’s Malicious Software remover and a dozen System Restores to points where it worked better and better did the trick. I am making up for lost time today.

History has spoken. Reagan is rated as a “Near Great” president, and Carter is considered “Below Average.” Yet the Messiah has chosen to do the exact opposite of what Reagan did to solve the mess created by Carter and the liberal Democratic Congress. More of the same cannot work, as we are seeing.

Old Reagan is Kool-Aid that makes you forget all the big spending, illegal amnesty and crooked things he did.

Reagan killed the savings and loans and crippled the airline industry. Then took credit for the falling of the Berlin Wall which was actually more Gorbachov’s doing.

has anyone else noticed the actual point of the comic (i.e. the “drinking alone” part?)

in any case, I’m with Rad ish… I don’t see the point of voting unless legalizing weed (and preferably other drugs) is on the ballot. can we make this the land of the free already please?
