Little if any fallout from air bursts at 10,000 feet.Still one has to wonder if Kim Jong Un is really that stupid to attack the USA with a nuclear weapon.He would surely die in retaliatory strikes,as would a large part of his people and military.There is a THAAD system in place on Guam.
Guam’s governor isnt’ concerned, as he’s heard it all before. A lot of folks on Guam do wish our military wasn’t QUITE so present, but it is the economy.
