I’ve been there and it’s a really uncomfortable situation.
That is often my situation.
I want this, I want that, why do you work so much?! They think your employer gives you your salary for showing up a couple of hours. Like a participation trophy!

Don’t stop for a drink on your way home as that makes it seem like you work longer at home without helping at work.
