Reminds me of when i was an eleven year old shopping for a mother’s day gift at the florist, with 75 cents in my pocket. I asked the florist if I could buy an orchid corsage. He said he’d make me one. He carefully dissected an iris, and rewired it to look like a purple orchid. He charged me 50 cents ned told me to go buy an ice cream cone on the way home.
