So, Congress is obviously populated by robots.
Actually, that meme, like so many others, is already out of date. Robots can be far more advanced than that already. (although they are Extremely good at doing repetitive tasks that drive any thinking human up a wall)
Your cellphone and email/computer are already taking your measurements….you can be replaced as far as functions and decisions.
