On “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” (which was far better than the Fallon show), Jay used to talk about some truly disgusting things some Americans liked to eat, such as deep-fried butter sticks.
The first time I tried poutine was at our annual exhibition. It was shepherd’s pie poutine. I later had butter chicken, and other poutines. To me, it’s good when it is enhanced with other stuff.
