I think TV’s other rival is the computer.
The TV is thinking, Is it going to be like this all summer?
Lio has a really old TV. The people who have those usually don’t use them much.
Books are far more immersive and fulfilling than an old TV show, movie, or video game. Nothing beats a good story and one’s own imagination. And non-fiction books are far more informative than any documentary! Way to go Lio.
Every time I find a good book, this happens.

Let the TV look on and deal with it! Lio and his gang still watch the old sci-fi and horror flicks from time to time (is Lio a fan of Svengoolie?)….
