This conversation is very disjointed. Gil hasn’t even mentioned a placard.

P2: “I wish it were that easy,” Mrs. Van Auken said. Added her husband, “Please don’t squeeze the Charmin.”

Gil should turn and leave. I’m pretty sure the black stripes on the window means someone who lives there has the plague.

I admire Mrs. Van Auken’s eclectic home decor, especially the living-room sculpture of “old guy in armchair”.

Nice home. Ah, the lifestyles of the rich & privileged. Mrs. VA looks like she could be DD’s mom.

I don’t know about everyone else, but I think this story is better — maybe far better — than the ones we’d been getting over the last 2-3 years.

What a nice house. He must be an actuary. You know they make a lot of money.

P-1: Gill’s supplementing his income by selling World Book Encyclopedias door to door.

P-2: “I wish it was that easy” refers to holding her head at a natural angle. Apparently, it much harder o do after someone snaps your neck.

P-3: He “tagged” her before she could holler "Aly, Aly, Allyssa Free.

Today’s guest star (and I can’t believe I never thought of this sooner) is a young Tina Louise as ‘Alyssa’.

Seems like Gil’s been making a lot of house calls lately. Has anyone out there actually had a coach visit his home, or a teammate’s home?

Gil, you not only missed Ryan after the game, you missed the game.

For someone who’s own children have been missing for years, Gil sure likes to help parent his players. Guilty much?

Are we witnessing the extremely rare 2 parent household in Milford? I know Tru(E) supposedly had 2 parents but we never actually saw his mythical mother.
