The thing about Flynn ignoring the warning about Kislyak’s conversation being monitored is that he should not have needed a warning, having been a command senior officer in a combat zone, he should have known all of the dangers and should have been able to give even more detailed warnings to Trump’s transition team himself.
To the being who calls him/her/it-self “Dagnabbit,” There is indeed a legal problem with a paid agent of a foreign government discussing with a foreign official the reversing of the actions of a sitting President.
