Anyone remember MAD’s “Snappy answers to stupid questions”? Mom sure has one coming!

Well, DeLuca outweighs her by about 40#… but something tells me Alex can throw mud with both hands.

Yeah but I don’t want that “7-23” tattoo to be permanent on Alex’s arm!

I think it’s one of those 24-hour fadeaway tatts.

Mrs. DeLuca is not a bad mom, by her somewhat limited lights. But Alex’s point about glass houses is well taken. (If she wasn’t home, where was she?) Still, never a good plan to antagonize a potential future mother-in-law.

I’m trying to imagine Christmases with Mike, Kim, and Mrs. DeLuca….

Not an important detail, but I gotta say….It looks like Alex and Mom DeLuca shop at the same t-shirt shoppe

Who knows Mrs. DeLuca might thank Alex for having spent the night when she realizes that Alex being in Toggle’s life is a GOOD thing. That someone else is there also caring for Toggle. I mean, 1) Toggle is an adult. 2) Mom DeLuca suddenly found herself in a harsh(er) financial situation (arc about having to move into the trailer) and now with a wounded son to worry about and care for. That’s gotta be really hard on her.

I think the wounded son is actually caring for his mom. She’s some sort of groupie that never grew up. Toggle on the other hand has his military experience to give him the higher ground advantage.

Didn’t Alex change in the morning? She could actually be wearing one of mom’s shirts (or one mom bought for Toggle). That’s actually a lovely detail.

I don’t think the mom’s shirt would fit Alex that well. Not that I wouldn’t like to see Alex with one of Toggle’s Mom’s tank tops hanging off of her. >8^D>

Gotta admit, though, Alex did get in a good one.
