I used to love the water melons my dad grew in Oz land…….. supermarket ones don’t taste the same.
Fun fact: watermelons are not melons. Or at least they’re not members of the same genus as crenshaw, casaba, honeydew or cantaloupe. However, cucumbers are from that genus.

Reminds me of a restaurant that used to be in business that would serve baked apples with all of their food. Couldn’t figure out why.

In Hawaii, everything comes with pineapple. No lemon in the iced tea, but a pineapple wedge.
