On one of my trips to Europe I had a layover in Germany during the early morning hours (my red eye from the US landed around 7 AM). While heading to my connecting gate I passed multiple little cafe restaurants with diners sitting there drinking liter beers with their breakfast.
First-generation American lagers were so thick (“ropy” was the actual word) they were legally classified as “liquid bread”, and not as “intoxicating liquors”.

Now I want to have a beer for breakfast while sitting in a dumpster and listening to groaning indecipherable Swedish heavy metal music.

“Dumpster” is a registered trademark for a trash bin, emptied by front-loader trucks. But, it is one of those trademarks that have become generic.
