It was used against our enemies. It wasn’t the Democrat’s fault the Trump administration was in contact with Putin while he was trying to change our election. Maybe if the Republicans stopped colluding with our enemies, that “funny robot” you drew wouldn’t keep turning them up.
FISA was passed in 1978 as response to Nixon using the intelligence agencies to spy on his political opponents.
The purpose of it is collect information from foreign powers or agents of foreign powers. If Trump or any of his minions got caught in a dragnet that was aimed at foreign agents, they have no one to blame but themselves.
