Bees can communicate about time via the movement of the sun in the sky. They seem to have six-dimensional vision and only see colors from blue, green to ultra violet. I don’t know of a common language other than the waggle dance. Though they do use their antenna and maybe scents between each other for different operations in the hive. But as for conversation I don’t think so. The Outer Limits episode called “ZZZZZ” is about a new breed of bees with extra intelligence and what they do with it.
