If it were “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter”, would that reconsider of eating squash?

Sooo… Tony’s Question is

“What food do you hate?”

 

It wouldn’t be very nice to hate my food, Tony.

Besides, I really try to make peace with it, so it doesn’t give me any trouble after I eat it.

I hate any food that’s not in front of me. (Also, I’m not fond of organ meats.)

As long as I call it food, it’s edible to me. No need to hate it.

I like some kinds of food more than others, but it wouldn’t kill me if there was only the less liked (by me) food available.

Except for poorly prepared fugu or too much of its liver, that is.

And Elliot’s survival skills are more developed than expected.

Kale yuck!!! I love my veggies, but with Kale I might as well just eat my lawn!!!

Green beans and peas.

For me it is shrimp. I will not eat it.

I amazed some friends of mine (long ago) at a chinese restaurant. I had asked if the egg rolls had shrimp in them and was told “no”. I took a bite and there was the tell tale taste of shrimp. My friends told me I was crazy, I dug in the eggroll with my fork and instantly found a biten little tiny shrimp. They never doubted my loathing of shrimp again.

Durn, I have turned into a curmudgeon. Hey! You kids get off my lawn!!!!

Okra. Definitely okra. And I have a mild sensitivity to something in sweet pepper peels and have trouble digesting them.

Properly prepared, there’s not a veggie I won’t eat. Tummy doesn’t tolerate meat. I do NOT care for peppermint in any form, thank you very much. I’d just as soon eat toothpaste.

There are no foods that I HATE, but there are some that I prefer to stay away from, such as non-kosher foods (pork, predatory and bottom-feeding sea animals), and sugary foods (diabetes, dontcha know). But I LOVE to ask today’s…

I’m with KNIGHTMAN on kale, and my stomach is not really a fan of spicy.

I like how the squash just jumps off the spoon.

Onions don’t like me unless they’re very well cooked. I don’t like really mushy foods (think oatmeal, refried beans). It’s more a texture thing.
