Let’s see. One big, coordinated national health care program or 50 smaller, uncoordinated, underfunded and uncooperative health care programs. Which would serve the interests of our country best?
That’s called Single Payer, Noah,. It’s what the Democrats have been trying to get since FDR. We have Obamacare because the Republicans were more interested in keeping the insurance and pharmaceutical companies happy than they were in actually providing health care, and the Democrats figured it was at least a foot in the door. So, the Republicans’ current efforts to replace Obamacare, which are “more difficult than anyone knew”, are going to piss off those industries and knock 24 million people off of insurance, guaranteeing a backlash in the 2018 elections. Now, they have an easy out. They can simply go ahead with Single Payer. The insurance and pharmaceutical companies will be pissed, but the Democrats will vote for it, the Republicans will get the credit, and no one even has to die.
look a the big bag the big government solution gives when all she could afford on her own is the little bit of health care. As soon as politicians stop seeing us a wallets to take from, and see us as people who do need health care, we might get a plan that actually helps citizens of the United States.

Lisa solution is to leave it up to the markets‽ We all know how well that works.

Federal employee numbers have not matched population growth.

The growth in (big) government size is at the state and local government.

The growth of state and local government size is often masked by articles like this that lump all together.

After a careful analysis of this cartoon, I conclude it is as meaningless as Lisa.

The big red bag should read:
“Out of pocket cost of premiums under the AHCA monstrosity.”

Trump wants to defund all social programs, including health care, so that he can build a HUGE army which he won’t know how to properly use.

Ms Benson must have a good plan, paid for by all these doodles she gets published. I wonder what happens when her income shrinks.
