As we learned from Madmen, you must find what truly matters. Trump is all over the place and he is easily distracted. He can not find what matters to him in life, so he will never do very well. To be truly loved, one must be open and honest. Trump is neither, and he will never bully the country to love him through tweeting. Draper taught us we must manage our personal brand. Trump has created himself a brand, one of short changing workers, and bulling people in court. This shines through his leadership style. Madmen was all about paying attention to the details, while the Trump administration seems to be fumbling over the simplest of tasks because they are not tending to the details. If anything this short time in office has shown Trump is no leader, he is not a very good business man and he is no Don Draper.
