There was an earlier version of this cartoon that was less… complimentary …of drivers (and people on sidewalks) who bark at dogs in other people’s cars even though there’s one or two closed windows between. No kidding. Sitting at a traffic light wildly barking at a dog in another car? Ladies and Gentlemen, you’re on shaky ground for giving me the stinkeye for looking at you funny. You realize we can’t hear you at all, right? You look like a Mime having a seizure. Now, if everyone’s windows are down, and we CAN hear you barking? Uh… human. Barking. Not much better.
