The only thing better than French press coffee? French press coffee using beans you’ve roasted yourself. Also, a word of advice – wash the spring press disk right after making the coffee, in a dish washing machine. You do NOT want oils building up on the plate around the spring and going rancid.

I’ll have to try that. It’s gotta be a little better than instant coffee out of the plastic container and 2 minutes in the microwave.
