Although SCOTT says it hasn’t happened yet in regards to possible illegal aliens, it has happened quite often when the police think there are illegal drugs in a home. There was quite the case here in the Baltimore area when “drug police” knocked down a door, shot the family dog, and ransacked the house – only to discover they had the wrong place.

Except for the Second and Tenth Amendments, Republicans have no use for the Constitution. They would repeal the rest in a heartbeat given the chance.

Sorry, folks. This was established firmly in the 1800s by the Supreme Court, so long ago that James Madison weighed in, too: “that as they [aliens], owe, on the one hand, a temporary obedience, they are entitled, in return, to their [constitutional] protection and advantage.”
