“The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 62% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Obama’s job performance. Thirty-eight percent (38%) disapprove.

The latest figures include 41% of who Strongly Approve of the way Obama is performing as president and 29% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of +12 (see trends).

Blacks (70%) are twice as likely as whites (37%) and other minority voters (37%) to Strongly Approve of the job the president is doing.

These are the final approval numbers we will post for Obama. Because Rasmussen Reports’ daily Presidential Tracking Poll is based on three days of surveying, we will not post new numbers again until Friday when we will begin tracking President Trump’s job approval."

Obama was at 80% approval when he started, divisive Trump is under 40%.

When you start your presidency with the opposition declaring loudly: “The single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term president.”, what do you expect…..

Amazing, how much the group “on the right” (figuratively and literally) resembles, "Americans Who Are Overtly or Covertly Racist)…

The group on the left is much bigger than the group on the right. With the new “president” the division is there as well, regardless of how he said he would unite the country. I expect to see this same cartoon run tomorrow with Trump instead of Obama right?

Aside from the absurdity of showing roughly equal numbers of those who love and hate Obama considering his high approval ratings, it is offensive to describe the President of the United States as a “community organizer” because he briefly held that job between his BA degree and going back to Harvard Law School to become the most prestigious law school’s first African American editor of the Harvard Law Review and graduate magna cum laude.

It further fails to recognize that Obama then went on to become a successful lawyer at a private sector law firm (where he met Michelle), professor of Constitutional law at the University of Chicago, and a best-selling author (“Dreams from my Father”) before becoming a state legislator, U.S. Senator and, uhm, President of the United States (elected TWICE with not only pluralities but with two outright majorities, the first Democrat to achieve that since FDR.

Describing Obama as a “community organizer” is like dismissing Paul Ryan as a pizza delivery boy because he once held that job.

@DD WIZ – Thanks for your perspective! Which may be something that Breen lacks at times ( perhaps “deadline pressure” stunted his vision …. ).
