Don’t you people watch the news? Oh, wait a minute, the MSM doesn’t report anything bad about Obama, according to the MSM and the democrats, Obama is a celestial being sent to transport us to an enlightened state. Too bad he got out of his self made pedestal and is doing all the dirty tricks he can get his hands on. The MSM is deceiving you, and you just go on happy go lucky repeating everything they tell you. They are telling you what to think, but not how to think, and it makes you happy. The chaos Obama is preparing will eventually affect you, Most Americans will be prepared, but you DA will not and you and your families will suffer.
Sad that the Constitution mandated that we must have opposing, unyielding, political parties that are pledged to bicker, complain, whine, and blame, but never never deliberate and reconcile, which might deliver the best possible compromise that every American can live with … take that you independents and unaffiliated voters.
I am certainly not a worshiper of Obama. I very much dislike the drone program, for example, and I think it’s terrible he did nothing to pull back on domestic spying. That’s two, there are more. But, (a) he’s probably as good as you’re going to get in the current political setup, and (b) Trump is going to make him look so so so so good by comparison. Trump is coming in as a joke, and it’s just going to get worse.
Actually, in the claim that Obama is obstructing the transition, John Locke (a disgrace to his screen name) is following a Trump tweet complaining about exactly that. There you have his source for the “shenanigans”.

lonecat is quite correct. Trump is coming in as a joke and it is only going to get a lot worse. You are going to see nepotism like you’ve never seen it. Combine that with possibly the worst leadership the Republican Party has ever had in its history, and you have the recipe for disaster. Fasten your seatbelts, folks…
As this cartoon is dated January 8th, I think it illustrates well the idea that Trump is trying to seize as much power as possible from the legal president, before he (Trump) is inaugurated. His tweets, interactions with foreign leaders, and so forth are a radical break from past precedent.
