Today the FBI, CIA, NSA and DHS present the proofs that a foe of the United States has launched massive cyberattacks on our democracy. The President-elect can act like a man and help us defend ourselves or he can continue pretending not to understand ”what is going on”, with the fate of his presidency hanging in the balance.

Refusal to face facts in this matter will fatally poison Mr.Trump’s prospective agenda at the very least, and probably lead to his impeachment. Congress is set to impose harsh veto-proof sanctions against Russia, and that really will be the point of no return for our would-be commander-in-chief.

“Security clearance” does indeed take on new meaning with Trump. Having been around clearances of different levels up to top secret, I can’t begin to believe the tweeter in chief could ever get any kind of security clearance after the FBI background check if for any other job.
