No, I don’t know. Treason is defined in III 3 and we have only two legally defined enemies, the Second (peace treaty rejected by the Senate) and Third (no treaty submitted) German Empires; and levying war from the inside is stretching things a bit. However, as you distortedly point out, “high crimes and misdemeanors” are not defined, and at the way things are lining up, will apply right down the whole line of succession until it is used up, and the Constitution makes no provision for what to do next. The impeachment process is so time-consuming, it will be time for another election before that happens – assuming enough patriotic members of the House can be found to do their duty.
