Jerry Brown: Well, my programs emerge. They emerge through the dialectical process. They come, they go: things just happen. I don't have the answers. I have the questions. Voice: Uh.. yes, sir, but if you admit to not having the answers to any of the problems facing the nation, why should anyone vote for you for President? Brown: I believe I am the best qualified to wing it.
