I remember when Microwave ovens first came out. A friend of mine heated up a hard boiled egg in it. When he bit into it, it exploded causing serious burns to his lips, nose and tongue. Not a pretty sight!
That’s why I just nip off one corner of each pizza roll, first. Not only lets some of the heat out, but relieves the internal pressure so it doesn’t squirt out the other end. Took me a LONG time to figure that out.

They sure don’t put much meat in them any more. 99% tomato sauce with a few spices.
