Tech support is having trouble picturing his problem from their Philippines location.
I’ve had people send texts to my land line.
They had wondered why there was no response.
Person unclear of the concept.
You could look at this a couple of ways. One – he’s just another out-of-touch old guy. Two – he’s a life-savvy old guy who’s having some fun messing with a tech-savvy young guy.
