Man: The so-called 'forget this' exits will allow drivers to escape traffic if they weren't going anywhere that great anyway.

I’ve taken these often. Rather drive in circles than sit in traffic…
I don’t think the word in drivers’ minds was “forget”.
Forget This Exits would be great, if you were on your way to the following:
This is the same as a regular exit ramp.

I’m from Joisey. Exit 70B on I-95. Exit 1 Exit 165 on the Parkway. And, Exit 1 on PIP.
