The American way can be smooth transition of power or revolution- not both. President Obama’s sworn duty is seeing to the former. ‘The Media’ is a worthless catch-all generic stereotype for nearly 800,000 information outlets. That some reputable journalists still report factual occurrences and events without spite or propaganda is a very good thing. Government servants are morally and legally bound to work with opposition servants. Private citizens can (and should) engage in civil disobedience, while our chosen representatives cannot.

We’ve messed up America’s immediate future pretty good. Sinking the ideals of future generations over one or two silly politicians is unthinkable.

Crying hypocrisy on each institution, government, and church, along with every last man, woman & child extant seems a poor way to run humanity. What exactly does that accomplish? We are all part of the same hypocrisy. The only part of U.S. culture that is not full of s#/t is the Constitution. American citizens have the means, motive, and opportunity to govern themselves. The consequences for not doing so cannot be abrogated by snark and finger pointing. Vote!

Getting a little ahead of ourselves, aren’t we?

Lets just hand the keys over to the orange psycho and sit back as he destroys everything.

I’d reduce it to something this simple: You support a guy who makes fun of disabled people at a public speech, you are going to hell. The same might be true if you fail to actively oppose him.

Rall destroyed Trump’s competition on a daily basis on the run up to the election, now he wants to whine that people aren’t doing enough to stop him.

The former ussr had a smooth transition of power too back in the 1920’s. After Lenin suffered a stroke, the monster stalin took over. After he recovered enough to speak, Lenin warned everybody about stalin but by then it was too late. At least 60 million soviet citizens died from various causes under stalin’s despotic brutal rule, that’s in addition to the 27 million soviets lost in world war two.

I am a Democrat and a liberal. But I have to say I will not miss Mr. Obama and Mrs. Clinton in the slightest. Sha na na ha (etc.)

By all means (literally), let’s continue to uphold the facade that the US is a healthy democracy.
