I would talk about retiring soon, but 13 years is nowhere soon enough

I retired for a year five years ago. Stupidest thing I ever did.

I retired at 52, keeping up with IT trends had gotten old. No stock options though, just good old fashioned savings and investments.

definition of a snob: someone who can listen to the William Tell Overture without thinking of the Lone Ranger.

Hopefully President-elect Trump will be able to put an end to the idiocy that permeates the Left. The schools have turned into little indoctrination centers designed to teach kids to be obedient to the state & a product of “group think”. Sad.

A lot of our friends are teachers and retired teachers, with a lot of them starting teaching in the 70’s. Everyone of them have become disillusioned over the way schools have changed. The lack of discipline that causes disruption in the classroom and the failure of parents to backup the teachers are the main problems. One parent families and two parent families with both parents working is also a contributor to students being undisciplined.
