Just how long does puberty last in a chipmunk? They’ve been around sense before I ever heard of puberty and are still here after I’ve forgotten what it was like.

When the county fair comes around, the fellows from the monastery help out with food – some work as fish friars, some volunteer as chip monks.

My life goal was to go from puberty to senility without ever passing through maturity. Hey, I’ve about accomplished it.

Have a turntable and over 200 classical recordings, but hubby never taught me how to use the various remotes so I could play them.

We looked all over to find a 78 turntable to play our 78 shellacs and gt a look like we had requested a wax cylinder player. Finally found one in a pawn shop, still in the original box.

Something similar once happened to Harpo Marx long after they stopped making movies. He reported to the unemployment line, like he did every week; but when he got asked, “Did you make any money this week?” he replied, “Yes.” Of course, he was asked, “How much?” He replied, “$10,000,” this at a time when $10,000 was actually worth something. Seems that between unemployment checks, he’d gotten a gig to play harp somewhere, and his fee was ten grand.
