Pab, when did the amount due on your house go down from $70,000 to $45,000?
The amount due did not go down, I just lowered the goal because it was obvious we would never make it to $70,000.00. I am shifting tactics to have enough to buy a fixer-upper in Western New York near family.That is what the new goal represents.
