From PEW Research Center..Generations. Millennials continue to be the most Democratic age cohort; 51% identify as Democrats or lean Democratic, compared with 35% who identify with the GOP or lean Republican. There are only slight differences in partisan affiliation between older and younger millennials. Republicans have a four-point lead among the Silent Generation (47%-43%), the most Republican age cohort.
They had them a year ago, but refusing funding, siccing the corporate media (which they co-own with Republicans) on them, and similar obstructions to an old, but real progressive, drove enough of the young away that the victory was barely over a million, so could easily be stolen by Trump.
This is how Republicans see the Democrats. We never followed Obama, he helped us row. We do not rely on leaders and false news sites, the truth is in our hearts. Equality, rights for all, freedom to practice religion, food for everyone. We do not need a big Daddy Trump to make the monsters under the bed go away. We know who the monsters are, we do not need Obama to keep on the right path.
Bring back slavery? It never left. Not only in isolated parts of the world, but in the U S where the gaping loophole in the 13th amendment is exploited to the maximum.
