It’s interesting how every time they investigate Clinton and find nothing the right says the Justice Department is just covering it up. Now if it was just FBI investigations, or Justice Department investigations or even regular police investigations I might concede the point, but that begs the question that with all the times the Rethuglicans have investigated her they have found nothing either. Now it only seems logical to me that if your worst enemy, the one who hates you beyond all reason, is not able to find anything then maybe there really isn’t anything.

The point of media conglomerates is to occupy the place of absolute authority in the realm of defining reality. This inoculates leftists from having to deal with the “truth”, because if it isn’t reported by these bastions of actuality, it isn’t “true.”

It’s easy to find evidence of election violence when your standard for declaring it on the other side is that they wore a button or t-shirt to a Trump rally, thus forcing those gallant defenders of the Right to gang up on them while shrieking invectives like a bunch of jungle primates. It’s not fair to express free speech around them! They just can’t help themselves when they see a contrary opinion!

i.e. There can’t be some horrible, mutinous conspiracy afoot in our land aimed against the common patriotic Americans, because the media finds no evidence of it.

Once again, Tom, it’s clear that you really do have special powers of insight. What a gift! And all of us suckers who are blind to the real story behind the story are truly delusional. What brilliant analysis you have employed to bring the facts to light! It must feel really good to have the vision to see behind the smoke and mirrors. Nobody fools Tommy. Nobody. He’s way too sharp for them. Try as they may to confuse him, old Tom knows the score. Way to go Tom. Chalk one up for truth, justice and the American way.

And we know that absolutely everything we read on the internet is true. No one would ever consider posting something just to denigrate someone or repost some vague rumor they heard. Nor would they read a story on one website, take it as gospel and post it on their website. We all know that would never, ever happen. Meanwhile, we also know that everything coming from the traditional media is lies. They tell no truth. Truly sad when you must depend on places that validate your point of view to get your sense of worth rather then dealing with the reality you would prefer to deny.

That’s right, I alone am the time tested authority.Now that you have read it on the internet you have verified my credentials.

There are opinions and there are facts. My preference is to not self deceive.

Comey will have a very lucrative position at one of the tax subsidized Republican ‘think tanks’ or Fox “news”.

Maybe he’ll work for Jim DeMint or Grover Norquist.

We have witnessed how “journalist” after journalist failed to stand up to trumpy BS and bullying. There were a few exceptions like Megan Kelly and Chris Wallace (incredibly both from Fox News) but for the most part the professional news people were slaughtered by trumpie.

I haven’t laughed this hard at a political cartoon in a long time. This is just brilliant!

It is not bad that Comey ended up as a mall cop. What is bad is how he announces he thinks there is something suspicious in the black ladies bag before he has any evidence.

I don’t just swallow everything I read on the internet. It has to pass a rigorous test: Does it agree with what I already believe? Only then will I accept it as an authority.

All the RWNJs who keep spreading the lie that Vince Foster was murdered by the Clintons are either stupid or mean-spirited ( to Foster’s family ) or both!

You should ask them how they feel about how the Reich Wing used his death as the center of some conspiracy stories that hold no water.
