Sounds like the most dangerous game!

Doesn’t the local high school have a track you could run around?

Or city park?

Frazz just keep doing your thing! Anything is better than watching sports center.

Frazz may not admit it, but part of the rush in these ‘extreme’ activities is the slight but ever present element of risk.

Most of the year I go for walks in the woods. This time of year, I avoid it. Even on Sunday when it’s illegal to hunt here. Because there are more than enough people that don’t care about that silly legal/illegal thing.

Then again the deer can run into you like at that cross-country meet in PA this last week.

BP hasn’t even weighed in yet, and I have to agree with him on this strip. The coffee spill on the shirt, meant to be part of the punchline, is over the top. The tone of the comic would have been the same, spot in all panels, or better yet no spot at all. Raising awareness of the need for physical activity is fine, a noble endeavor even, but putting others as a class down in the process indicates something lacking mentally or emotionally. I could go on, but then what would we need BP for? (kidding)

He would need to wear a bright jacket to make sure the so called hunters don’t accidentally shoot him. To me the real hunters carry a knife and run down their prey to kill them. Or at least use a spear, I’d even grant them the use of an atlatl. But they would have to make everything by hand Too easy today. Real hunters do it the hardest way.

Nothing “weird” just recall exactly what you said when you first came here. For some reason you have become reticent with age. Aren’t you proud of your work and your reasons for coming here? You seem to me to be not…quite…right in the head as you call it. Stand up man, be proud of who you are and what you stand for instead of belittling me for reminding you of it.

Running though the woods even in blaze orange is a good way to have a lot of people chuck a stick at you. Plus a good chance of getting arrested by the Game Warden, as many state have hunter harassment laws that you may run afoul of. As it could be classed as interfeaing with the hunt.

Principal ought to wear brown (coffee-colored) shirts to work… LOL!
