Hit him so hard either he has EBS or they’re going to have to fumigate the field.

I think “WHUD” was the same sound we heard when Kenzie Hanley broke the Central City punk’s jaw. Is it something about being hit by a female?

Yesterday’s panel three, another reminder that the artist never played football…at least never was a back.

The Valley Tech player wasn’t exactly on course to make the tackle. He seems to be going perpendicular to the ball-carrier.

Interesting view from Marti’s window in his crap-shak in p.1. Nice contemporary design of the bleacher seats! Who WHUDA thunk!

So what’s the trick? Maybe it’s really Pelwicki wearing number 87?

Shoulda, coulda, whuda. Coach Drool, salivating with anticipation of Valley Tech’s D stopping the Mudlark drive, is bemused that a 150lb. tight end is able to decleat his defender, literally knocking the poo out of him.

The coach at Southern Miss back in the early 90’s was haunted by the fact that he once put a much smaller player on the field to throw a block and the kid broke his 5th vertebrae and was paralyzed from shoulders down for life. Maybe that’s what happens here.

Marty in P1, “It’s a draw! And draw me another one, barkeep.”

P2, With only 4 fingers on his right hand and 3 on his left, Shuford is having trouble holding on to the toy football The Valley Conference uses.

Hit him in the WHUDY Heather! Seriously, this is the big game changing play she came up with. Heather, who normally blocks like Tom Brady did last Sunday, suddenly turns into Joe Jacoby? As they say on MNF, C’mon Man!

WHUD is the new radio station in town. They’re aiming to do an expose on Gil and the showers. Then they go after Marty and his DWIs.

If it’s a draw, wouldn’t the score be 24 all?

I’m a football referee. That is an illegal block below the waist (Heather is not an interior lineman and the ball is out of the free blocking zone). This is a 15 yard penalty from the spot of the foul. Gil and Marty both wonder how Heather could be such a bonehead.

Is the player at the far right of P2 holding a pen? Is he (or she) taking notes on the game? Or doing homework (multitasking)?

So you’re saying that when State Champion Gil Thorp to his players to bring the WHUD, he only meant for the showers? I don’t get it.

Given her small stature, I’m guessing that she could not have lifted him in this manner. I would guess that the defender tried to hurdle Heather as she attempted to block him, causing her to hit him in the legs. Because of this, he is the goat, as he has to go to back to his teammates. Prom will no longer be an option for him, as his potential dates look at him as the guy who got taken down by Heather. Life is basically over for #25 (now #23), sort of like Steve Bartman in Chicago. He will struggle (until VT wins in the playdowns, where he can show his face again).

Of course, what WHUD you do in this situation?

Wow, VT sure has one massive aisleway in the stands, as seen in P1. I guess that helps make it look like there are less empty seats. Now where the hell did Heather come from to make that block? There is nobody between Shuford and the defender in P2, then she magically is way ahead of him in P3. The only explanation is she came from off the sidelines to throw the illegal block. Two major penalties! Milford loses! No playdowns! Heather shunned! And speaking of shunning, you don’t want to be shunned when people learn you didn’t read today’s Mopped Up Thorp: https://moppedupthorp.wordpress.com/
