One in the hole.

And now Horace spends time in the hole.

He’s lucky he’s not cross-tied in a stable doorway… I once interrupted a foursome’s golf match (at a golf course right behind my sister and her husband’s house in Miami Springs); I was practicing putting on the green just behind the fence when I heard them angrily shouting, “Hey!!!” Turning to look at them at the end of that green’s fairway, I cheerily replied, “You’re supposed to say, ‘Fore!’”, then decamped back over the fence.

That’s a subpar joke.

When I am golfing, a sense of humor helps get me through all eighteen holes…

Now Horace is just putting around in the poky.

None. Just try to play catch with them.

Now he has nothing to do but play with his niblick all day.

It was Hoarace’s first time playing Capture the Flag, so he was a little green.
