Eating in your car at McDonalds is kinda like a patio.

No, they have to shovel in those calories as fast as they can to keep the blubber on. No time to enjoy something delicious or have a nice conversation during the meal.

Balderdash. Eating is eating, conversation is conversation. Talking while eating lets the food get cold and the drinks get warm; eating while talking is rude, distasteful, and unsatisfying as communication. Some activities do not lend themselves to multitasking.

Eating outdoors is even worse, unless you’re in a place without noise, traffic, and insect life, with absolutely perfect weather.

So I’m an old troglodyte…actually, I’m okay with that, and so are those whom I hang out with. :)

Only on something like our 38th Anniversary would we dust off our fancy duds, go to such a fancy restaurant, and be shocked to find we had to wait. We never have to wait for a booth at the diner.

Two words: Hometown Buffet. You pays your money, minus senior discount, and five minutes later the food is hitting your pie hole.
