While I am sure Hillary would not do it again, at the time it was an acceptable practice and others also did it. The real take home is they investigated the heck out of it and could not find any violation of the law. All there is a ton of speculation and conspiracy theory that has gone nowhere. Benghazi same deal. Clinton Foundation really is transparent and gets good marks, They have released personal income tax and foundation records for decades. She also has a great background of public service and probably the best resume of just about any candidate for the presidency. I still don’t understand why so many people blindly support Donald the sleaze who won’t release anything including any details on his proposed policies. All he can do is tweet and yell at the top of his lungs about how great he is and what terrible liars everyone else is.
Locker room talk evidently can be dismissed if it refers to admitting to rape / molestation of women.. On the other hand.. if two obviously Muslims were to discuss ISIL in a locker room it would likely lead to a Yuuuge investigation at the least.
They are sorry candidates. After the election we will be sorry. I will be more sorry if we elect someone that is extremely careless with secrets, who will use her position to increase her personal wealth and who will continue on the path to socialism.
Trump: “I’m sorry I got caught bragging on tape of my sexual assaults.”
Notice what he didn’t apologize for? Those sexual assaults he admitted to on numerous occasions in front of live microphones held by chortling male hosts.
“Donald Trump admitted that he does in fact have a relationship with Vladimir Putin, in newly surfaced a 2013 video which asked very specifically about his relationship to the Russian strongman. The Republican nominee then said that he has a relationship with Putin – twice, and with emphasis – then proceeded to trash President Obama, while undeniably praising Russia’s President as “very brilliant” for his handling of Syria, and praising Putin’s leadership.”Here’s the Federal Treason Statute:
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)
Good cartoon, but I would suggest a small change. Hillary’s dialog should be: I’m sorry for using a private email server and putting our country’s security at risk.
Those things are not even comparable…No one died because of his locker room talk. Several folks died because of her incompetence and her I’m above the law mentality.
