Ziggy: You need to go out? ...at this hour? I'll let you off your leash but don't wander off... it's dark out tonight. Come inside now Fuzz... it's bedtime.
That was a racoon in the commercial. I can relate to her as we have some outside cats ( we’re rural & need to fend off snakes & rodents. When I feed them I have to stand there with a broom to keep the racoon at bay or it chases away teh cats ^ eats the food.
One of my in-laws actually petted a skunk thinking it was the neighbour’s cat. It was standing beside her patio chair, and wasn’t startled. I guess big-city skunks are people friendly.

The only skunks I see here in Chicagoland
are flattened corpses in the road.

You can smell a skunk if you get within about ten feet of it. And you need to back off.
