Judging from the direction of the dialogue balloon arrow, Heather seems to have become a lot shorter in P2 than she was in P1.

Regarding “tipsters”. I saw a commercial on one of the local channels where they are willing to pay people for news stories they get footage of on their cell phones and send to them. Wait and see.
