That’s funny, my wife and I were just talking about Trilogy of Terror the other day and how scary it used to be.

I’ve been trying to think of scary movies since the start of this arc and have come up with nada… except the Chernobog section of Fantasia – still gives me the willies.

The movie “THEM” scared me as a child to the point of requiring a night light for several years. Now I can’t STAND any light at night.

I remember Karen Black. She was hot, but there was something funny with her eyes.

I recall a regular at a local hangout retelling how just after he got done watching that segment, his cat walked into the room and suddenly all it’s fur went up, it’s claws came out and it went sideways across the room while staring off to the side while make a noise like the idol did. He said he spent the next three hours in a swivel chair in the middle of the room with a loaded shotgun in lap, convinced the dang thing had come for him.

Oh,Lil, that is so cruel! For shame, Woman! For shame!

The scariest movie I ever saw, and you all will laugh. I have seen quite a few scary movies. The one that REALLY CREEPED me out, and still does, was the original movie called “Jeepers Creepers” from 2001. Still creeps me out. Never saw the sequels but doubt they were as good or creepy.

And to top if all off, the song was originally introduced by Johnny Mercer and Louie Armstrong in like 1938. My parents were big Jazz and Big Band fans so I grew up around this music. Always loved that song, even as a litte girl, until . …..
