Horses are really good at where they go, I once rode a blind in one eye hardly see in the other over a mountain pass on a very narrow trail where falling would lead to certain death and the horse did just fine.
As for texting and driving, I’m glad my state finally made it a felony if you are texting and hurt someone else while driving. People are finally going to prison for texting, driving and killing others (rather than just be considered a bad unavoidable accident) and/or if they just mangle someone badly they still go to prison for that too, depending on how severe the other person is injured.
