GuiltyBystander, I hate to admit it, but you probably are right. Despite what one candidate supporter said about the opposition being the worse qualified ever, just look at some of the previous candidates and presidents. We survived them and will again – hopefully.
Do you suppose the comic page could be the one bastion of protection from political commentary? It is a comics page after all, and I’m so darn sick of reading stupid comments from people passing on comments they heard someone say on a talk show. C’mon man!
We are so lucky here in Scotland to have a choice between several perfectly good candidates, instead of having to choose the least worst from a line-up of no-hopers as is happening in the US, and usually happens in England too.
