It didn’t used to be that way. When I was young (back in the Dark Ages), there were a lot of Republicans who were fiscally conservative but socially liberal. Nowadays it seems as if they are fiscally irresponsible and socially illiberal.-Too bad neither party is that way anymore. Since the 1980’s many Democrats joined their fellow Republicans in worship of the business over human rights. The Plutocrats over the rest of us.

No children are being murdered that’s just your mind screw to have real murders happen. Terrorism by White Christians. No politician will ever categorize them as such.

The Bible doesn’t seem to consider embryos to be “babies.” That’s a modern affliction. Abortion would be a lot rarer if the Christian Right wasn’t so strongly against birth control and actual education about sex.

The bible clearly states that if a man kills his slave and the fetus she’s carrying, he must be killed. If he only kills the fetus, and the woman survives; he only pays a small fine. Pretty well sums it up.

And yet, Jesus is supposed to have actually said, “What God has joined, let no man put asunder”, yet divorce is common. Maybe because it affects men, also?
