Translated for My Fellow Americans, he’s almost 6 feet 3 inches, and she’s just a bit over 4 feet 11 inches.

Quite normal. My mate is 6’ 4" and his missus is about 5’ and echoing the cartoon, a bit older than him.

The ratio 19:15 is what’s critical. Think of it as 38:30 and it’s not bad at all.
